- Stuur 'n e-pos vanaf jou geregistreerde adres na info@itinnovate.co.za.
- Gebruik "Rekening Verwydering Versoek" as onderwerp.
- Sluit jou gebruikersnaam in by die versoek.
- Ons sal jou versoek binne 7 werksdae verwerk.
Data wat verwyder word:
- Persoonlike identifiseerders (e-pos, e-posadres).
- Toestel-inligting en unieke identifiseerders.
- Installasie-logs en aflaai-geskiedenis.
Data wat behou word:
Besigheids- en transaksionele rekords (soos PayFast fakture) word vir 'n wetlike tydperk behou vir belasting- en ouditdoeleindes soos vereis deur Suid-Afrikaanse wetgewing.

If you wish to delete your ToepWinkel account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below.
Steps to request deletion:
- Send an email from your registered email address to info@itinnovate.co.za.
- Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line.
- Include your username in the request.
- We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data that will be deleted:
- Personal identifiers (name, email address).
- Device information and unique fingerprints.
- Installation logs and download history.
Data that is retained:
Business and transactional records (such as PayFast invoices) are retained for a statutory period for tax and audit purposes as required by South African law.
